Did you know Tucson was originally a walled Spanish Colonial Presidio and the New Spain Calle Real, Royal Road, ran past Tucson stretching all the way down to Mexico City and over to the Spanish settlements in California? The Calle Real ran along present day Main Ave in Tucson.
